About Idol Hands

Idle hands? Not here.

Idol Hands is a registered general contractor based in Oak Harbor, serving Island County. We built the business around rental unit repair: the turnovers, fixes and updates that keep landlords renting and tenants comfortable.

That same crew handles home remodels, custom builds and the small jobs most contractors won’t quote. On every one of them the owner is on site, the scope is in writing before work starts, and you get photos as the job moves.

How we work

Four things you can hold us to

A written scope before any workWhat we’re doing, what it costs, what’s not included. You sign off first. Changes get a written change order.

The owner is on your job, with the crewReassurance anytime along the way, knowing quality was never a question.

Photos at every stepBefore, during and after. Landlords who can’t be on site still see exactly what was done.

We leave it cleaner than we found itA daily broom clean is part of every job. Haul-away, disposal and a final clean are spelled out in your scope, so you know exactly what’s included. Especially in occupied units.
